As a trusted community resource, we have made the difficult decision to transition this event to a VIRTUAL PLATFORM in accordance with the CDC guidelines to avoid large gatherings to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We do not take this decision lightly and we hope you will make plans to join us from the comfort of your home on September 24th!

We are thrilled to present Bloom: An Event for New & Expecting Moms taking place on VIRTUALLY on Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 10 am to 9 pm, with the LIVE portion beginning at 5 pm.
Bloom is specifically for women who are currently expecting, adopting, fostering or who have become a parent to an infant in the past year.
Though originally scheduled as an in-person event, we have shifted this year’s event to a virtual experience to keep everyone as safe as possible while COVID-19 continues to be a threat, while you still get to enjoy a wonderful experience from the comfort of your home.
Put on your comfiest leggings and grab your favorite seat in the house because BLOOM 2020 is a full day of fun, still bursting at the seams with the elements that have made this event so popular in past years. Local experts, baby brands, swag and giveaways, surprises and delights. Bloom is specifically geared for parents who are currently expecting, adopting, fostering or who have become a mother in the past year.

What: We are thrilled to present our 5th annual Bloom: An Event or New and Expectant Moms in a VIRTUAL format for 2020!
Why: Whether you’re expecting for the first or third time, are fostering, adopting, have a newborn at home or are working your way through the toddler years and thinking of expanding your family in the future, this event is for you. Come enjoy a full day of educational resources, giveaways and swag, fun experiences, and connecting moms and families with relevant local resources!
When: Thursday, Sept 24; Kickoff is at 10 am with the LIVE portion beginning at 5:00 pm
Where: The Comfort of Your Home! (Or wherever you choose to join us from)
What to Expect
All attendees will receive access to a private Facebook Group where the virtual event will take place. You can expect a big welcome in the morning and as you check in throughout the day, new and exciting opportunities to learn, engage with local experts and ask questions, frequent opportunities to win prizes, connection with other local moms, and so much more! Plus, we may even have a few surprise tricks up our sleeve.
Be sure to be ready for the LIVE component of the event by 5:00 pm so that when we go live to interact with you and our amazing Bloom sponsors, you can participate in real time with local experts and local parents. We may have to be apart to stay safe, but we can still have a blast together!
*A Facebook account will be required to participate in this event, as a private Facebook Group will be the environment where this event takes place.

This event has been rescheduled and moved to the virtual environment due to COVID-19, and we will not be able to reschedule again and we will NOT offer refunds. Your access to the private event group will be valid for one full month following the event so you can revisit all event content. MkeMom will not be held liable for any comments, etc. shared in this virtual space that are from attendees and/or sponsors. Additionally, everyone that purchases a ticket will be subscribed to our email list (if they have not been already) in order to provide the most timely and up to date event info.
GIVEAWAY RULES AND DISCLAIMERS :
You can enter as many giveaways as you wish — and we have a ton! You can enter them all! However, each individual person can win one prize, with the exception of our grand prize Babymoon giveaway (you can win both a giveaway AND the grand prize Babymoon giveaway!) Each giveaway will clearly identify how to enter, but each giveaway may have different requirements.
Can I win LOTS of giveaways? If you are chosen as the winner for a giveaway, you will not be eligible to win additional prizes as they are selected down the line, except for the grand prize Babymoon giveaway.
What’s the MOST I can win? A single giveaway and the Babymoon grand prize giveaway.
Virtual Bloom 2020 attendees can enter giveaways as they appear in the event on September 24th, 2020 starting at 10:00 a.m. Participants will have through Sunday, September 27th at 11:59pm to enter giveaways, unless otherwise stated. At 11:59pm on September 27th, 2020., all giveaways will be closed. No entries after that time will be qualified to win. Winners will be announced in each giveaway thread starting at noon on September 27th, unless the giveaway winner was announced LIVE. Each winner will be chosen randomly and announced a Facebook thread and in the giveaway thread for that particular prize. Each winner will have 24 hours to respond by emailing Milwaukee Mom, or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. Giveaways are open to adults ages 18+ only.
Giveaway Tips:
(1) MkeMom will publish a new post in the Virtual Bloom 2020 Facebook event page every five to 10 minutes. Refresh your browser often, so you do not miss a thing.
(2) Follow the event page to stay up-to-date: Go to the event and click on “…” next to the “Share” button. From the dropdown menu, select “Follow Event.”
(3) Turn on notifications to be in the know of all event happenings: Go to the event and click on “…” next to the “Share” button. From the dropdown menu, select “Notification Settings.” Click on “All Notifications.” Click “Done”
(4) Save posts to refer to later: Go to the post you want to save and click on the “…” at the top right corner of the post. Click “save link.”
(5) Like or comment on posts you want to follow and get updates on.
Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
City Mom Collective is not responsible for prize fulfillment. Milwaukee Mom is responsible for prize fulfillment unless otherwise noted in the giveaway verbiage. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Milwaukee Mom will be executing contact-free “porch pick up” swag and giveaway drop-offs to VIP TICKET holders ONLY, and these deliveries are limited to the delivery zone as shown on the delivery map. Delivery of swag and giveaway is limited to VIP ticket holders only. If a VIP attendee is located outside the designated delivery zone, they can opt to have their items dropped off at an address inside the zone (and indicate that address on their attendee info form) or pick up their items at the Drive Thru Pickup sessions.
MkeMom will not be shipping any swag or giveaway items. Swag and General Admission ticket holders will have two opportunities to pick up their swag and/or prizes via a drive-thru contact free pickup process at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts to limit the number of persons touching the items. Failure to pick up swag and giveaway items will result in forfeiture of these items. MkeMom will not be shipping any swag or giveaway items. Each swag attendee and giveaway winner will be able to designate an alternate person to pick up their items if they are unable to attend either of the Drive-Thru Pickup Options.
