As your kids get a bit older and become more confident in the water, it’s time to graduate from splash pads to wading pools.
Milwaukee County wading pools have free admission and are open for the season June – August. Check the Milwaukee County Parks website for hours.
Wading pools are about 18 inches deep, at the deepest point. The Milwaukee County Parks wading pools have adjacent restrooms and changing facilities. They typically open when the temperature is over 72 degrees during open hours.
