Float Milwaukee
Float Milwaukee (“Float”) has five float rooms. Three of the rooms have float pods and two rooms have float pools. All of these rooms have a private shower. Float also has one room with a NovoTHOR whole body light therapy bed.
Floating in any of the rooms involves laying in approximately 12 inches of water with over 1,000 pounds of dissolved Epsom salt. The result is anyone will float effortlessly (and can even fall asleep while floating). The water is kept at external skin temperature (~94 degrees) and there are buttons to control light and music. This allows complete quiet and darkness, if desired, along with weightlessness and relief from any pressure on the body or joints. Floating can help with stress relief, relaxation, pain relief, anxiety and PTSD symptoms, insomnia, recovery, mental focus/preparation, and more.
The NovoTHOR promotes healing, improves flexibility, kickstarts circulation, and reduces inflammation at the cellular level — all in about 15 minutes.
