Sassy Cow Creamery is a family-owned, farmstead creamery east of Madison where we bottle milk and make ice cream from milk from our own dairy herd. We offer a full line of traditional milk, organic milk and ice cream. We invite people out to see the entire milk bottling process year round and offer farm tours in the summer.
