LaNette McQuitty, CPM, LM, is the creator, designer, owner and operator of Authentic Birth Center · Wellness Collective in Wauwatosa, WI.Opening the center in September, 2013, fulfilled her lifelong dream of being able to provide the highest quality midwifery care in a beautiful out of hospital setting, Authentic offers women and families a true choice for their care.

LaNette has created an intimate space that allows for the power of women to shine, the transformation of families to happen and an atmosphere that allows newborns to transition peacefully during the birth process.

She is an expert on physiological birth and has designed each element of Authentic with the benefits in mind. The plan was intentional. The environment and the highly talented and compassionate team that she has assembled ensure that women and their newborns feel safe, respected and nurtured from the moment they walk through the door.
