BROWN DEER COMMUNITY SQUARE ICE RINK
The Brown Deer Community Square ice rink is an exciting new addition to the northern Milwaukee area, offering an accessible opportunity for open skating and hockey. Here’s what you need to know before you check out this fun new winter recreation spot. The facility is a state-of-the-art refrigerated rink that can operate even in above-freezing temperatures, ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Child: $5.00
Adult (18+): $7.00
Seniors & Veterans (55+ or with verification of Veteran status): $5.00
Skate Rental: $3.00
A limited amount of ice skates will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own skates if they have them.
Parking
On-street parking is available along N Deerword Drive as well as behind the rink on N 43rd Street. Free public parking is also available at the nearby Brown Deer Public Library.

Before You Go
Before you lace up your skates and hit the ice, be sure to double-check the following:
- Fill out your Skating Waiver
- Confirm the rink is open! The season is set to run from late November to March, but the season end date is weather permitting and scheduled hours are subject to change based on varying factors. Check the Facebook page for the most recent updates.
- Keep in mind that skating is permitted during posted Open Skate hours only and figure skaters should be aware that no jumps or spins are allowed during Open Skate. No food or drink is allowed on the ice at any time.
- Skate Aides are available upon request.
