Want to make sure your wish list makes it into the Big Guy’s hands this holiday season? There are several Santa’s Mailboxes located in Milwaukee and the surrounding area to make it that much more magical and fun for kids to send their holiday wishes to Santa Claus himself. No postage needed … just the spirit of the season!
Prefer the “old-fashioned way?” You can also send a letter to Santa by placing it in an envelope with a postage stamp and sending it to 123 Elf Road, North Pole, 88888.

Downtown Milwaukee is your go-to hub for holiday cheer this season! While you’re in the area enjoying the Holiday Lights Festival, riding the Jingle Bus, or checking out the Ornament Trail, make sure to stop by the mailbox in Cathedral Square Park. Drop your child’s letters and wish lists into Santa’s Mailbox to receive a personalized reply from the big guy himself! No postage is required. Just remember to include a return address.
The Pfister Hotel

You can drop off letters to Santa in the North Pole Mailbox at the front desk of the Pfister Hotel. All letters will be delivered to the North Pole in time for Christmas!
The MKE Airport
Where: 424 E. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee

The magical mailbox at the MKE airport arrives in December! You can drop off letters to Santa in the mailbox near the clock tower in Concourse D. You can bring letters or write them there. Responses will be mailed ahead of the holiday.
The Smiley Barn, Delafield

Bring your kiddos to The Smiley Barn to write a letter to Santa and put it directly into a certified “Letters to Santa” mailbox, daily during the holiday season. Come wander through our stunning historic barn turned toy and candy store, exploring room after room of awesome toys.

The Deer District Holiday Market
Where: Deer District Plaza, Milwaukee
Dates: Nov 21 – 30th
We are so excited for the first Deer District Holiday Market, a curated lineup of local vendors, holiday-themed photo opportunities and seasonal food and beverage specials from Deer District establishments. Also, stop by to send a letter to Santa with Santa’s Mailbox! The market is free to attend and will be open daily, excluding Nov. 27, when it will be closed to observe Thanksgiving Day.
American Family Field
Where: 1 Brewers Way, Milwaukee

The Brew Crew has its very own North Pole Mailbox to ensure Santa knows what’s on your list. The mailbox is located inside the Left-Field entrance.
Milwaukee Public Market
Where: 400 N Water St, Milwaukee

We highly recommend making a full trip to the Milwaukee Public Market to grab a yummy meal, do some holiday gift shopping, and enjoy some sweet treats. Be sure to peruse the MATC Parade of Gingerbread Houses in the market’s main atrium! To round out your visit, go up to the second floor to send your letter to Santa Claus in the red mailbox.
Country Christmas at The Ingleside
Where: 2810 Golf Rd, Pewaukee
The Country Christmas Trail features over a million holiday lights festively displayed on over a mile-long trail. Christmas Village is a building at the end of the trail that guests can come inside and visit, the perfect place to enjoy a hot cup of cocoa or an evening treat while surrounded by a cuddly cast of creatures and our working model train display. Guests can visit the Country Christmas Post Office where kids can write a letter to Santa.
The Corners of Brookfield

The North Pole mailbox at the Corners of Brookfield will be located in the Market Square Escalator vestibule, at the top of the escalators. The Corners goes all out with their holiday light displays every year, so this will be the perfect spot to stop and make some holiday memories. Santa’s Workshop
Where: Washington Ave., Cedarburg
The return of the holiday season means it’s time for A Cedarburg Christmas! Santa’s Workshop, a charming 15′ x 15′ gingerbread house, graces Cedarburg’s Washington Avenue for the entire Christmas season. Santa and Mrs. Claus often stop by in the days leading up to Christmas. When Santa’s not in to greet guests, you can peek in the windows to see his charming fireplace and the toys he and the elves have been working on! Kids are encouraged to drop off letters to Santa.
Trees for Less
Where: 11550 N. Wausakee Rd., Mequon
Trees for Less opens on November 23rd for the 2024 season. Visit on the weekends to enjoy a visit with Santa, Hot Chocolate, Snacks, a Hayride and more! Santa’s Mailbox is located right next to Santa’s sleigh.
