


(Milwaukee, WI): Carve out some family time downtown during Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee presented by WaterStone Bank!
Saturday, October 28 from 11am-2pm at Red Arrow Park
The event will take place on Saturday, October 28 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Red Arrow Park. Coordinated by Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21, this Halloween-themed event features free giveaways, activities and fun for all ages, (especially children ages 2 – 10)!
Free Pumpkin for first 500 Attendees
The first 500 attendees will have the opportunity to pick out a free pumpkin from downtown Milwaukee’s only pumpkin patch. At noon, a kids costume parade, led by popular animated movie characters, will loop around Red Arrow Park. Families can also gather for story time with Wanda the Witch, a Halloween-themed character from The Pocket Lady, at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and Wes Tank’s StoryRaps (12:30 – 1 PM) – along with pumpkin decorating with Artists Working in Education (AWE).
2023 family fun includes:
- Free pumpkin patch sponsored by Pick ‘n Save and Metro Market fulfilled by Kroger Delivery (available on a first-come, first-serve basis, limited to the first 500 guests)
- Fall vendors including Weston’s Antique Apple Orchard, Cottonmouth MKE, Pop’s MarketPlace, and Doughnuttery Mayfair
- Free pumpkin decorating with Artists Working in Education
- Performances by Frogwater, Mariachi Monarcas de Milwaukee, and the Extra Crispy Brass Band
- Storytime with the Pocket Lady and Wes Tank
- Free face painting
- Free bubble playtime
- Free character meet & greets
- Jolly Giants Stilt Walkers
- Milwaukee Fire Department’s Mobile Survive Alive House and fire engine
- Book sale from the Friends of the Milwaukee Public Library
