The Marcus Performing Arts Center is bringing back Rainbow Summer, a free outdoor festival that transforms downtown Milwaukee’s riverfront into a vibrant gathering place filled with live music, interactive art, family activities, and community experiences. Taking place July 14–19, Rainbow Summer invites residents and visitors alike to celebrate the season with six days of entertainment and creativity.
