Goat Yoga in the Park this Summer at Honey Down Farm

0

Goat Yoga in the Park is happening this June! June 2, June 16 and June 23.

Goat Yoga started in 2016 by an Oregon farm owner, Lainey Morse. Morse started hosting goat happy hours to counteract a period of depression she experienced after going through a divorce and receiving an autoimmune disease diagnosis.

Goat Yoga in the Park

Honey Down Farm, Awakenings Healing and Yoga, and Lockshire Meadows are bringing this joyful event to Southeast Wisconsin. The sessions, combine playful baby goats and relaxing yoga practice on a beautiful country farm. The baby goats are gentle, but very curious. The goats will jump on your back, nibble on your clothing, and cuddle up beside you.
